The subject document was provided to NRC under letter dated June 12, 2008 (102-05864-DCM/DFH). The subject line states as Revision 8, but the body of the cover letter (second line) states it as Revision 4. We believe it is typo and it should be Revision 8. Please confirm the revision number (as a minimum via e-mail). It is your preference, if you wants to issue the revised letter.
