This document contains in Tables 1 and 2 the reporting requirements for the first refueling outage of the second period in the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 2 from November 21, 2006 through the duration of the $2R21 refueling outage that was completed on May,21, 2008. The second period ends on May 9, 2011.
