SUBJECT:
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE MATTER - AMERGEN ENERGY CO.
LLC (LICENSE RENEWAL FOR OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION) - DOCKET NO. 50-0219-LR In response to your request, we recommend Mr. Hipolito Gonzalez from the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safegaurds as an adjudicatory employee to support the Office of Commission Appellate Adjudication in understanding fatigue analysis of reactor coolant pressure boundary components. Hipolito Gonzalez has not participated or been involved in any aspect of review of the Oyster Creek license renewal application. Hipolito Gonzalez is aware of our recommendation and his Division Director, Mr. Lawrence Kokajko, has accepted his involvement.
