PURPOSE: To solicit stakeholder comments on the level of openness and transparency associated with NRC security inspection and NRC assessment of licensee security performance for NRC licensees, such as commercial nuclear power plants, fuel cycle facilities, new reactors, research and test reactors, and independent spent fuel storage installations.

CATEGORY 3*: This is a Category 3 meeting. The public is invited to ask questions and fully participate in all discussions throughout this meeting.
