Dear Mr. Carlin:
By letter dated May 10, 2008 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML081400722), R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (the licensee) submitted Relief Request Nos. 18, 19, 20, and 21 for the Fourth 10-Year Interval Inservice Inspection Program for the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant. On June 11, 2008, a conference call was held between members of your staff and the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to discuss the results of the NRC staffs acceptance review of your submittal. Details of this discussion were included in our letter dated June 18, 2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML081650589).
