PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Good morning. Before we commence our regular meeting, I believe we have an Affirmation this morning. Madam Secretary, would you like to proceed?

MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is on AmerGen Energy Company license renewal for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The Commission is being asked to act on an Order responding to a petition from Nuclear Information and Resource Service, Jersey Shore Nuclear Watch, Inc., Grandmothers, Mothers and More for Energy Safety, New Jersey Public Interest Research Group, New Jersey Sierra Club, and New Jersey Environmental Federation for Commission review of the Initial Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in LBP 17. The Commission has voted to approve an Order which requests limited additional briefing from the parties. Would you please affirm your votes?

CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Aye.
