In accordance with Beaver Valley Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (BVPS) Technical Specifications, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) hereby submits the BVPS 2007 Radioactive Effluent Release Report and 2007 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report. These reports are provided in a single enclosure introduced by an Executive Summary that addresses implementation of the Radioactive Effluent Control Program and Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program at BVPS during 2007. This enclosure includes a complete copy of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual.
Also enclosed, is the 2007 Annual Environmental Operating Report (Non Radiological),
submitted in accordance with the Unit 2 Operating License, Appendix B - Environmental Protection Plan.
