Dear Mr. Blevins:
Thank you for your letter of March 27, 2008, in response to our February 29, 2008, letter and
Notice of Violation regarding exceeding the Technical Specification allowed outage time for
emergency diesel generator 1-02 due to painting activities. We have reviewed your reply and
find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the
implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full
compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
