SUBJECT:

KEWAUNEE POWER STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING AUXILIARY BUILDING CRANE UPGRADE METHODOLOGY CHANGE (TAC NO. MD7301)

Subsequently, by letter dated April 11, 2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML081050011), you withdrew the amendment request.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.

Sincerely,

/RA/
