LOCATION: Duke Energy Corporation South Tryon Building, Conference Room ST2313 400 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 USA PURPOSE: To discuss the topics associated with Duke Energys and Progress Energys Pilot Program transition to the risk-informed, performance-based fire protection requirements in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50.48(c) and the National Fire Protection Association Standard 805.

CATEGORY: This is a Category 2 meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing regulatory issues with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) at designated points identified on the agenda. Per 10 CFR 2.390, certain portions of this meeting will be closed to the public because discussions include sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information.
