This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. James Weast, of your staff, and Mr. Andy Hutto, of this office, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for April 10, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. A meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Oconee Nuclear Station.
