50-391 WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) UNIT 1 AND 2 - SECURITY, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN, REVISION 7 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), this letter provides Revision 7 of the Security, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan. This revision incorporates the correction to add the section number and title for the "Security Patrols" section, as committed in our December 14, 2007 letter, which provided additional information related to Revision 6 of the WBN Security Plan. TVA has evaluated the changes and does not consider the revision to decrease the overall effectiveness of the plan.
This letter contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21. TVA, therefore, requests that the Enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure. The enclosed plan revision is being sent by certified mail and the signed receipt will signify that NRC has received this information.
