fuel into NAC-UMS dry cask storage systems as controlled by Certificate of Compliance No. 1015, Amendment No. 4. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b) (1) (ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask serial number CNOFCTKNO38.

Loading of the NAC-UMS cask was completed and the cask was placed on the ISFSI pad on February 11, 2008.
