Duke Power Company LLC d/b/a Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 Renewed Operating Licenses: DPR-38, 47, and 55 Docket Numbers: 50-269, 270, and 287 Registration for Use of General License Spent Fuel Cask Number 97 In accordance with 10CFR72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke Power Company LLC d/b/a Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke), hereby notifies the Commission of storage of dry fuel under Cask Certificate of Compliance 72-1004, Amendment 9. The date of storage was February 15, 2008, the Cask Load Number was 97. The cask model is the Standardized NUHOMS 24PHB, the dry storage canister (DSC) identification number is ONS-24PHBL-HZ97; the physical location at the Oconee ISFSI was Module E53.
