Management Change at Constellation

On March 3, 3008, Constellation Energy (Constellation) announced that Michael Wallace, president and chief executive officer of Constellation Nuclear Energy Group will be elevated to vice chairman of Constellation Energy (CENG),
effective immediately.
Constellation also announced that Henry Brew Barron was appointed chief executive officer (CEO) and chief nuclear officer (CNO) of CENG. Mr. Barron, formerly a Duke Energy executive, will begin his assignment on April 1, 2008. He will replace Mile Heffley, CNO, who will retire on May 1. Mr. Barron also will assume the CEO duties over the next several months.
