By this letter TVA is requesting an extension to the commitment date for the completion of the actions related to the NRC Generic Letter 2003-01, Control Room Habitability. In the referenced February 8, 2007 letter, TVA committed to evaluate the testing elements recommended in TSTF-448 and submit a proposed Technical Specifications (TSs) change by March 1, 2008. However, TVA has determined additional time is needed to develop a submittal that incorporates TSTF-448 into the BFN TSs.
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 February 27, 2008 During discussions with Eva Brown of your staff, TVA requested a revised completion date of March 31, 2008. Enclosed in this letter is a revised enclosure from the referenced letter. A revised commitment completion date is provided.
