3.7 PLANT SYSTEMS 3.7.4 Control Room Emergency Ventilation (CREV) System LCO 3.7.4 The CREV System shall be OPERABLE.
APPLICABILITY :
ACTIONS REQUIRED ACTION Restore CREV System to OPERABLE status.
AND B.2 AND B.3 Initiate action to implement mitigating actions.
Verify mitigating actions ensure CRE occupant exposures to radiological, chemical, and smoke hazards will not exceed limits.
Restore CRE boundary to OPERABLE status.
