Dear Mr. Duncan:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Dave Corlett of your staff and myself of this office on February 13, 2008, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for March 27, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides location and additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled at your request, is for Harris Nuclear Power Plant to introduce the sites new management team, and to present the plants status and any new initiatives.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
