Dear Sir or Madam:
NRC Bulletin 2007-01 was issued to all holders of operating licenses for nuclear power reactors on December 12, 2007. The purpose of this letter is to provide Southern California Edison's (SCE) response to the subject Bulletin for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3.
There are no regulatory commitments made in this letter.
SCE's response is given in the enclosure to this letter and contains security related information. Consistent with NRC Regulatory Information Summary 2005-26, SCE requests that the enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR § 2.390(d)(1).
