enclosed is a CD-ROM containing one
,copy of the Oconee 2007 Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) UFSAR.
The CD-ROM is provided based on the guidance in NRC Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2001-05, Guidance-on Submitting Documents to the NRC by Electronic Information
.Exchange or on CD-ROM.
RIS 2001-05 waives the requirement that licensees receive case-by-case approval required by 10 CFR 50.4(c) for submittal by electronic information exchange (EIE) or by CD-ROM.
The RIS also waives requirements that multiple copies of paper or electronic documents be submitted to the NRC.
The effective date for this update is December 31,
- 2007, as indicated at the bottom of each page.
The changes are indicated by side bars.
The enclosed CD-ROM includes all text, tables and figures in PDF format.
