OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION - CORRECTION LETTER RE: CONFORMING LICENSE AMENDMENT TO INCORPORATE THE MITIGATION STRATEGIES REQUIRED BY SECTION B.5.b OF COMMISSION ORDER EA-02-026 AND THE RADIOLOGICAL PROTECTION MITIGATION STRATEGIES REQUIRED BY COMMISSION ORDER EA-06-137 (TAC NO. MD4510)
Dear Mr. Pardee:
On August 9, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a conforming amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek). This document is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession No. ML072180014. Enclosed in the August 9, 2007, letter were revised pages for incorporation into the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications (ADAMS Accession No. ML072140606).
During the implementation of the conforming amendment, your staff noted that there were two typographical errors in the revised license pages of the enclosure. During processing of the correction letter, formatting errors in the license pages were introduced. Accordingly, the errors identified have been edited, and the corrected, revised license pages are enclosed with this letter.
