I am responding to your letter dated December 21, 2007, which forwarded License Amendment Request No. 222, for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review and approval.
NRC has completed its initial processing of your request, which is an administrative review.
We have determined that the information provided in the document is sufficient to begin the technical review. Please note that the technical review may identify omissions in the information submitted or technical issues not identified during the administrative review that require additional information. The staff expects to complete the review by August 18, 2008.
