CONFIRMATION OF SCHEDULE EXTENSION A telephone conversation was held on January 8, 2008 between Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) representative Mr. D. A. Sommers and NRC Project Manager Ms. C. J. Sanders. It was agreed during that conversation that the due date to respond to the NRC referenced request (sent via letter dated December 17, 2007) would be extended 30 days (i.e., from January 16 to February 15, 2008).
