NOTICE (Transmission Of Proposed Questions To Office Of The Secretary)
On December 18, 2007 the Licensing Board in the above-captioned proceeding issued its Initial Decision, Rejecting Citizens Challenge To AmerGens Application To Renew Its Operating License For The Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. During the course of the proceeding, the parties submitted proposed questions for the Licensing Board to proffer during the September 24-25, 2007 evidentiary hearing. Consistent with 10 C.F.R. § 2.1207(a)(3)(iii), the Licensing Board today transmitted to the NRC Office of the Secretary the proposed questions previously submitted for inclusion in the official record of this proceeding.
