Based on my conversation with Mr. McGinty yesterday afternoon, the RII folks were more comfortable with the short version for dissemination to staffers; so I provided the long version to be used as talking points if desired. I still would like to get confirmation from Mike Ernstes, who has this information, if my sequence is completely accurate. I'm familiar with the technical aspects, but I wanted to make sure about the sequence of events. It's not quite as critical to the technical story, but it does affect the regulatory issues. However, that may be moot if we don't give out the long version anyway.

Sorry I didn't see this shorter version before I sent my previous e-mail. This 6 page version is good, and is the one I'd say we give to the staffers, and use the longer one for those presenting the information. Sorry about any confusion I caused!
