SERP - Prelim Yellow - Farley - Wed June 20, 1pm Region II has asked to Panel an issue from Farley next Wed, June 20 at 1 pm in )14F3 (the OE conference room)
The issue is the failure of the A train RHR containment sump recirc isolation valve to fully open when tested from the mail control board during a quarterly surveillance test.
Region II has made of preliminary determination of yellow.
Please confirm availability of staff to participate so that I can inform Region I1.
