Publications Resources The new and extensively revised edition of the Highway Capacity Manua12000 is available in metric units, as well as in the U.S. customary system units used in the tradttional manual. In arjdition to improvements in current analysis methodologies, HCM 2000 includes a chapter on interchange ramp terminals, several chapters with material for planning uses of the manual, and a discussion of when simulation models should be used instead of the manual.

Highway Capacity Manual 2000 The HCM 2000 is also published as a CD-HOM. In addition to the text and exhibits of both versions of the book, the CD-ROM includes tutorials, narrated example problems, explanatory videos, navigation tools, hyperHnks between sections of the manual, ~nd easy access to application software that can be purchased separately from a number of software vendors.
