Supplemental Response to the NRCs Request for Information Related to the Procedure Adequacy Substantive Cross-Cutting Issue at Indian Point Unit 2

Dear Mr. Dacimo:

This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated November 5, 2007, which supplements your original response, dated October 1, 2007, to the NRCs Mid-Cycle Performance Review and Inspection Plan for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3. We will evaluate your response to determine if your planned actions are appropriate to resolve your procedure adequacy issue, and we will evaluate the effectiveness of your plan implementation as part of our follow-up problem identification and resolution inspection scheduled to begin on November 13, 2007.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
