Dear Mr. Kuo:

I apologize for the delay in responding to your letter, dated July 12, 2007, in which you ask the New Jersey Pinelands Commission to provide documents reflecting all decisions made or actions taken regarding the proposed renewal of:the Oyster CreekNuclear Generating,Station.. The letter appears to have been sent in error to Ms. Kathie Gonick, the Commissi6n's Cultural Resource Planner, and was only forwarded to me on October 19, 2007.

Please find the enclosed, letter regarding the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The letter notes that the station is located outside of the Pinelands Area and therefore is not subject to regulation or review by the New Jersey Pinelands Commission. It was the only information I was able to find regarding the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station in our files.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely, Paul Leakan Communications Officer/Records Custodian New Jersey Pinelands Commission (609) 894-7300 "Ot, 4W!
