NPF-2 AND NPF-8 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE COMMISSION ORDER EA-06-037 AND REVISIONS TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NOS. MD2224 AND MD2225)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On May 30, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a letter regarding an administrative change to the Facility Operating License (FOL) for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP), Units 1 and 2 in conjunction with the Commission Order EA-06-037 and Revisions to Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This letter contained a change to the FOLs for FNP, Units 1 and 2. The change pages that were contained in the letter were not from the Renewed FOL.
