Today, October 3, 2007, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) and the Intervenors (Citizens) jointly submitted to the Licensing Board in the above-captioned proceed-ing a Motion for an Extension of Time to file Transcript Corrections.1 At the close of the evidentiary hearing the Board directed the parties to submit proposed corrections to the tran-script on October 9, with additional corrections to be submitted by Dr. Hausler no later than October 22. AmerGen and Citizens request that all their corrections be due on Monday, October 22.

The Joint Motion is granted. Motions from AmerGen and Citizens to correct the tran-script of the September 24-25 evidentiary hearing are due on Monday, October 22, 2007.

AmerGen and Citizens shall consult with each other and the NRC Staff on their proposed corrections no later than Wednesday, October 17, 2007. If, as a result of a transcript correction approved by the Board - to be set forth in an Order issued after receipt of all proposed 2

9. If the NRC Staff wishes, it may - after notifying the Boards law clerk and the other parties -

submit its motion for transcript corrections consistent with the schedule in this Order.

AmerGen; (2) Citizens; (3) the NRC Staff; and (4) New Jersey.

corrections - a partys proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law require amendment (i.e.,

to reflect a change to a citation or quotation), such amendments should be submitted in an appropriate motion within seven (7) days of the date of the Boards Order.2 It is so ORDERED.
