Roy Hawkens ADJUDlCATlOlVS STAFF Chief Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Date: August 27,2007 Re: AmerGen Energy Company, LLC, Docket No. 50-0219-LR; Restrictions on Filminq of Evidentiarv Hearinq bv Hibiscus Films Hibiscus Films is granted permission to film the evidentiary hearing in the matter of AmerGen Energy Company, LLC, Oyster Creek License Renewal Proceeding, to take place September 24-26, 2007 at the Ocean County Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ, subject to the conditions set forth below and any other conditions prescribed by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the withdrawal of permission and the termination of filming.

The conditions below are necessary to ensure there will be no disruption to the proceed-ings and no distraction to the participants. In addition, these conditions are necessary to pro-tect attorney-client privilege and to provide adequate privacy to counsel in speaking with their clients, co-counsel, and counsel for the other parties.

1. All cameras and equipment must remain stationary at a designated location throughout the course of the hearing. During hearing sessions and breaks, the film crew may not move about the room to re-position any equipment. Prior to the start of the hearing on September 24, the Licensing Board will instruct Hibiscus Films where they may set up their equipment.
2. No additional lighting will be permitted.
3. No additional microphones will be permitted. Hibiscus Films may not use roving micro-phones, directional microphones, or microphones that can pick up conversations at a distance. Nor may Hibiscus Films place any additional stationary microphones at any of the tables.
