H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT NO. 2 - CORRECTION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PAGE ISSUED WITH AMENDMENT NO. 215 ISSUED ON JUNE 15, 2007 (TAC NO. MD2682)
Dear Mr. Walt:
On June 15, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 215 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-23 for the H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, in response to your request dated July 17, 2006.
The amendment revised the technical specifications (TS) to change the containment design pressure in Surveillance Requirement 3.6.8.1 and 3.6.8.5 concerning the Isolation Valve Seal Water System, and TS Section 5.5.16 Containment Leakage Rate Testing Program.
A typographical error was found in one of the camera-ready TS pages issued with the amendment. The error was in the page number for the revised TS Section 5.5.16, which was on page 5.0-22, but was listed on page 5.0-24 in Amendment 215. This error was due to repagination in the section caused by an earlier amendment.
