On Wednesday, September 5, 2007, at 3:00 PM, this Board will convene a conference call with counsel to the parties to discuss procedural and administrative matters relating to the upcoming evidentiary hearing. Prior to the conference call, the Boards law clerk will provide counsel an outline of the topics that will be discussed.
No later than 12:00 PM on August 31, counsel should notify Karen Valloch - who is a member of the Licensing Board Panels administrative staff, and who may be reached via e-mail at KSV@nrc.gov - of the number of separate locations from which you and any colleagues or associates will be calling, so that she may reserve an appropriate number of phone lines. After hearing from counsel for each party, Ms. Valloch will provide instructions for participating in the call, including the telephone number and pass code. To assure that the conference call commences promptly, all participants should access the telephone number a few minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin.
