LOCATION: New Horizons Fellowship 820 E. Williams Street Apex, NC 27502 PURPOSE: The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff will discuss the role that the NRC will play in the eventual review of Progress Energys application for a combined license including details of the safety and environmental reviews. A key topic is how and when the public may participate in NRC processes, if so desired. The public is encouraged to ask questions about the NRCs review of the COLA.
