Meeting with FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) to discuss the August 3, 2007, license amendment request for conversion to improved technical specifications (ITSs) for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1. The Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) document for this amendment request is included as Enclosure 2.
