RIVER BEND STATION, UNIT 1 - CORRECTION TO THE FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE PAGE 6a FOR ADMINISTRATIVE LICENSE AMENDMENT, DATED AUGUST 2, 2007, RE: CONFORMING LICENSE AMENDMENT TO INCORPORATE THE MITIGATION STRATEGIES REQUIRED BY SECTION B.5.b OF COMMISSION ORDER EA-02-026 (TAC NO. MD4556)
Dear Mr. Venable:
On August 2, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, Commission) issued an administrative license amendment to Facility Operating License (FOL) No. NPF-47 for the River Bend Station, Unit 1 (RBS). The administrative license change incorporated Mitigation Strategy requirements of Section B.5.b of Commission Order EA-02-026, incorporated the agreed-upon license condition, and issued the new Page 6a to the FOL.
After issuing the amendment, the NRC staff noted that new Page 6a did not have the notation regarding the date of the issuance at the bottom of the page. Please discard the associated page from the administrative amendment, issued on August 2, 2007, and replace it with the enclosed page.
