MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - PUBLIC MEETING SHEARON HARRIS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT DOCKET NO. 50 - 400
Dear Mr. Duncan:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Mike Heath of your staff and Mr. Caudle Julian of this office on July 2, 2007, concerning an inspection exit meeting (Category One public meeting) which has been scheduled for July 27, 2007, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides location and additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC to present the results of the NRCs inspection of the Harris Nuclear Power Plant license renewal program to be conducted July 9 - 27, 2007, at the Harris site.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/NRC/ADAMS/index.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
