On July 17, 2007, commencing at 10:00 a.m. and concluding at 5:00 p.m., the Licensing Board will hold oral argument on the pending petition for hearing of the North Carolina Waste Awareness and Reduction Network and the Nuclear Information and Resource Service in the above-captioned license renewal proceeding, at the following location: Holiday Inn Brownstone Hotel & Conference Center, Sessions Room, 1707 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27605.
At a later date, the Board may specify particular issues on which it will ask the parties to focus.
A limited appearance session will be held at the same location from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., pursuant to a Notice soon to be published in the Federal Register.
