Mohan REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. The reference link below provided a 390 page document, "Financial information regarding NRG Energy,"

provided in 2006 SEC Form 10-K Annual Report, which is available at "http://www.snl.com/irweblinkx/doc.aspx?iid=4057436&did=5411305." To assist in identification of relevent information by lactation of the specific information relevent to the license transfer application or submit it separately so we should not have to hunt thru 390 pages to find the information to support the the licensee's submittal.

2. In a previous submittal in 2003 South Texas based its forecast for the annual average prices per MWh on the Henwood Energy Services ProSym computer model, an electric market simulation model that is used, with other tools, to forecast the anticipated future electricity prices. In the May 3, 2007 submittal, the, licensee did not identify what was used to forecast the energy prices. Please document what was used to forecast the projections. We need to address these types of issues rapidly if we have a chance of meeting your September 1, 2007 date for NRC consent to proposed indirect transfer.

Email response should document the requested information.
