SUBJECT:

SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT NO. 2, CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 262 REGARDING STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INTEGRITY (TAC NO. MD1193)

Dear Mr. Levis:

On March 29, 2007, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 262 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-75 for the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 2. The amendment revised the Technical Specifications (TSs) related to steam generator tube integrity consistent with Revision 4 to Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Standard Technical Specification Change Traveler 449 (TSTF-449), Steam Generator Tube Integrity.

The list of affected license and TS pages in the amendment included the following errors:

1) TS page 3/4 4-13a was inadvertently omitted as one of the TS pages to be removed.
2) Page 3/4 4-19b was listed as a page to be removed and a new page 3/4 4-19b to be inserted. This page should not have been listed since this page number does not exist in the Salem Unit 2 TSs.

Enclosed is a new list of affected license and TS pages, showing the above changes, to replace the list issued with Amendment No. 262. The NRC staff regrets any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions, please contact me at 301-415-1420.

Sincerely,

/ra/
