Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit No. 1; Docket No. 50-220 2007 Owner's Activity Report for Imservice Examinations Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a, Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (NMPNS) is submitting the 2007 Owner's Activity Report for Inservice Examinations for Nine Mile Point Unit 1 (NMP1). This Report summarizes the results of examinations performed during the First Refueling Outage (RFO-19) of the Third Inspection Period of the Third Ten-Year Inspection Interval (December 26, 1999 through December 25, 2009).

This Report meets the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Code Case N-532-1, approved for use by Regulatory Guide 1.147, "Inservice Inspection Code Case Acceptability, ASME Section XI, Division 1," Revision 13.

00 Nine MWe Point 2007 OWNERS' ACTIVITY REPORT Nudear Statin FOR Date: April 26,2007 INSERVICE EXAMINATIONS Page 1-4 of 1-13 ABSTRACT This Owner's Activity Report summarizes the results of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station (NMPNS), Unit 1, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)Section XI Inservice Inspection, Risk-Informed Inspection and Containment Inservice Examinations performed during Refueling Outage Nineteen (RFO-19), from March 17,2007 through April 15, 2007, and the First outage of the Third Inservice Inspection Period that started on 26 December 2006 and is scheduled to end on 25 December 2009.

As an alternate to the requirements of the ASME, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (B&PVC),Section XI, Article IWA-6000, NMPNS is Implementing ASME Code Case N-532-1, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission as Required by IWA-4000 and IWA-6000,Section XI, Division 1". Regulatory Guide 1.147, Revision 13, approved ASME Code Case N-532-1 for use. This Report complies with the requirements of Code Case N-532-1 and the conditions identified in RG 1.147.

OWNER'S ACTMTY REPORTS - FORM OAR-1 Owner's Activity Reports Form OAR-I's were prepared and certified upon completion of the Nine Mile Point Unit 1, 2007 refueling outage (RFO-19) examination activity in accordance with the following inspection plans and schedules:

NMPI-ISI-003, Third Inservice Inspection Plan and Schedule NMPI-RI-ISI-003, Risk-Informed Inspection Plan and Schedule NMPI-IWE-003, First Containment Inservice Inspection Plan and Schedule.

In addition to the Owner's Activity Report, Form OAR-i, the following Tables are also included:

Abstract of Examinations and Tests, Table 1, provides such Information as ASME Code Examination Category, Total Examinations Required for the Inspection Interval, Total Examinations Required for this Period, Total Examinations Credited (%) for this Period, Total Examinations Credited (%) to Date for the Interval, and any remarks that may be applicable to each Examination Category.

Items with Flaws or Relevant Conditions that Require Evaluation for Continued Service, Table 2.

provides a listing of item(s) with flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation to determine acceptability for continued service, whether or not the flaw or relevant condition was discovered during a scheduled examination or test, and provides such information as Examination Category, Examination Item Number, Item Description, Flaw Characterization (as required by IWA-3300).

Abstract of Repairs, Replacements or Corrective Measures Required for Continued Service, Table 3, identifies those items containing flaws or relevant conditions that exceeded the ASME Section XI acceptance criteria (IWX-3000) or In the case of supports IWF-3000 acceptance criteria; even though the discovery of the flaw or relevant condition that necessitated the repair, replacement or corrective measure, may not have resulted from an examination or test required by Section XI, and provides such Information as Code Class, whether the item Is a repair, replacement or corrective action, item description, description of work, If the flaw or relevant condition was found during a scheduled Section XI Examination or test, date completed and the repair replacement plan number.
