Docket No. 50-219-LR I intend to make a five-minute oral statement at the NRC's Toms River NJ hearing on May 31, 2007, in the matter of Amergen Energy Company LLC, Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station License renewal (Docket #50 - 219), which will be heard by administrative law judges E. Roy Hawkens, Dr. Paul B. Abramson, and Dr. Anthony J. Baratta.
I will speak at session 2, which begins at 7 p. m. in room 119 of the Ocean County Administration building on Hooper Avenue.
