Dear Mr.'Dyer:
Thank you for your recent letters in an attempt to address my concerns regarding the re-licensing of Oyster Creek. Unfortunately, in your correspondence (your letters dated 3/6/07 and 5/1/07) you fail to address my primary contention::.
I contend that -Oyster Creek, including~the: pooI where spent fuel is stored, is vulnerable to terrorist attack, particularly. from the air.
Please address this specific contention.
Surely, today's terrorist plot to attack Fort Dix, about 22 miles from Oyster Creek, should convince skeptics that an attack on Oyster Creek is more than theoretical.
Again, your specific response is expected.
