- Greg, I am in receipt of sample containers from the NYSDOH for capturing split samples of the Unit 1 Containment Spray Sump sample point (sample point Ul-CSS).
I have spoken to GZA, who will draw the samples, and they are prepared to perform this sampling on Tuesday 02/27/07. Given the low productivity of this well I imagine that this will be an all day affair to capture volumes required to split amongst the three parties (assuming the NRC does in fact want a split of this sample).
As this is a split sample it will require attendance by either the NRC or the DEC. Please let me know if the NRC will be observing this sample on behalf of the NRC and DEC, and if Tuesday 02/27/07 is a sample date that your schedule can support.
