OF THE APRIL 18, 2007, PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE QUAD CITIES END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT On April 18, 2007, a public meeting was held at the Best Western Steeplegate Inn in Davenport, Iowa, between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station management and staff. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss NRCs assessment of the performance of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station for the period of January 1, 2006, through December 31, 2006.

The NRC presentation provided an overall assessment of the Quad Cities Stations performance as described in NRCs Annual Assessment Letter - Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, dated March 2, 2007, (reference ADAMS accession number ML070610229). The Quad Cities Station operated in a manner that preserved public health and safety and fully met all cornerstone objectives.

Mr. Tulon also discussed the stations focus areas going forward. A copy of the licensees slides was incorporated into the NRC presentation.

The meeting notice and NRC presentation can be found in ADAMS as ML070790373 and ML071170474, respectively. A list of meeting participants can be found in the attached Enclosure.
