DPO-2006-003 Decision memo
- Mel, I just faxed you the decision on the subject DPO. I also faxed you a copy of the DPO appeal form.
Although the report is dated January 20, 2007, you have 21 CDs from the date you receive it to submit an appeal if you choose (February 20, 2007). Please let me know if you intend to submit an appeal.
