WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. MD3489 AND MD3490)
Dear Mr. Blevins:
By letter dated October 31, 2006, you applied for amendments to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, Operating Licenses, numbered NPF-87 and NPF-89, respectively. The proposed change would have modified the facility Technical Specification 3.8.1 for AC Sources - Operating to extend the allowable completion time associated with restoration of an inoperable offsite circuit. Subsequently, by letter dated January 18, 2007, you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
