Intermediate Power Range - Upscale Function is not bypassed when APRM Simulated Thermal Power is > Intermediate Power Range Setpoint specified in the COLR and < High Power Range Setpoint specified in the COLR.

High Power Range - Upscale Function is not bypassed when APRM Simulated Thermal Power > High Power Range Setpoint specified in the COLR.
SR 3.3.2.1.5 Verify the RWM is not bypassed when THERMAL POWER 24 months is < 10% RTP.
