DONALD C. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - CORRECTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR IN AMENDMENT RE: STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INTEGRITY (TAC NO. MD2306)
Dear Mr. Nazar:
On March 14, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 298 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-58 for D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 1. The amendment revised the Technical Specifications (TS) requirements associated with steam generator tube integrity.
Subsequent to issuance, the NRC staff noted that an older version of TS Page 3.4.13-2, which was proposed by your May 26, 2006, letter was issued. The correct version should have been the page proposed by your December 26, 2006, letter. Please use the enclosed Page 3.4.13-2 to replace the same issued by Amendment No. 298. This correction of an inadvertent administrative error does not change the NRC staff's conclusion regarding Amendment No. 298. The NRC staff regrets any inconvenience the error may have caused you.
